Make sure your plants have very little water while they are dormant. 
Remove any dead leaves  and old wood. 

Keep in a dry light place 

Cover any pelargoniums that you have left outside with fleece on frosty nights. I have some in big stone troughs that have survived the winter this way but it is quite rare. 

This is my month for a clear out, cleaning pots and getting ready for new plants to arrive.
