All our orders ship from the UK, where our products are made. We currently deliver to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C.), and all duties and import taxes are included, so there's nothing extra to pay on arrival.

ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON U.S. ORDERS?
Please note that some products aren't available internationally. Unfortunately, we're unable to accept returns on international orders.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?
We ship orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
IS MY DELIVERY TRACKED?
Yes, all orders are sent on a tracked delivery service. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY?
Yes! We currently ship to the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we're unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or military (APO/FPO) addresses.
